Chromawatt를 안전하고 공정하게 이용하기 위한 조건과 저장·광고 관련 책임을 안내합니다.

본 약관은 스타플로우(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 Chromawatt의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 본 약관과 개인정보처리방침을 확인하고 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 관련 법률이 별도의 동의 방식이나 권리를 요구하는 경우 해당 법률이 우선합니다.

1. 이용 허락

운영자는 개인적이고 비상업적인 게임 이용을 위해 취소 가능하고 양도할 수 없는 제한적 이용권을 부여합니다. 사용자는 관련 법률이 명시적으로 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  • 앱이나 그 일부를 무단 복제, 재판매, 재배포 또는 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
  • 앱을 역설계하거나 보안, 저장, 광고 또는 보상 정산 기능을 우회·변조하는 행위
  • 자동화 도구, 수정된 클라이언트 또는 비정상적인 방법으로 게임 진행이나 광고 보상을 조작하는 행위
  • 앱, 스토어, 광고 제공자 또는 다른 이용자의 정상적인 이용을 방해하는 행위

2. 게임 진행과 저장 데이터

게임 진행은 기기에 저장되며 Chromawatt는 현재 자체 백엔드 계정 또는 운영자 클라우드 저장을 제공하지 않습니다. 앱은 최신·직전 로컬 체크포인트를 유지하지만, 이는 같은 앱 저장공간 안의 복구 수단입니다.

사용자는 설정에서 수동 백업 코드를 복사하거나 텍스트 파일로 내보내고, 직접 선택한 백업을 다른 기기의 현재 기록과 병합할 수 있습니다. 백업 코드는 암호화되지 않은 인코딩 데이터입니다. 백업을 별도로 보관하지 않은 상태에서 기기가 손상되거나 앱 데이터가 삭제되거나 운영체제가 초기화되면 진행 데이터가 손실될 수 있습니다. 운영체제 또는 기기 백업의 동작은 각 플랫폼 정책에 따릅니다.

3. 광고와 게임 보상

앱은 전면 광고와 사용자가 선택하는 보상형 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 광고 가능 여부, 지역, 기기 설정과 개인정보 선택에 따라 광고의 제공 여부와 내용이 달라질 수 있습니다.

  • 보상은 광고 SDK가 보상 획득을 확인한 경우에만 지급됩니다.
  • 광고 로드 실패, 중단 또는 보상 확인 실패 시 보상이 지급되지 않을 수 있습니다.
  • 복구 에너지 등 광고 보상은 앱 안에서만 사용하는 게임 혜택이며 현금 가치가 없고 양도·환불·교환할 수 없습니다.
  • Chromawatt는 현재 인앱 구매 또는 유료 구독을 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 지식재산권

앱, 게임 규칙의 구체적 표현, 코드, 그래픽, 음악, 상표, 문서와 관련 콘텐츠의 권리는 운영자 또는 적법한 권리자에게 있습니다. 본 약관은 이용권만 부여하며 소유권을 이전하지 않습니다. 제3자 오픈소스 소프트웨어와 서비스에는 해당 라이선스와 약관이 적용됩니다.

5. 외부 서비스와 네트워크

핵심 캠페인은 대부분 오프라인에서 이용할 수 있지만 광고, 동의 관리, 법적 페이지와 외부 링크에는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. Google Mobile Ads, Google UMP, 앱 스토어와 운영체제 기능은 각 제공자의 약관과 정책에 따라 동작하며, 운영자가 통제할 수 없는 중단이나 변경이 발생할 수 있습니다.

6. 서비스 변경과 종료

운영자는 안정성, 보안, 법률·스토어 정책 준수 또는 제품 개선을 위해 기능, 콘텐츠, 난이도, 광고 정책과 지원 범위를 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 가능한 범위에서 앱 또는 공개 지원 사이트를 통해 안내합니다. 운영자는 핵심 오프라인 플레이를 부당하게 제한하지 않도록 노력합니다.

7. 보증과 책임 제한

관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 앱은 현재 제공 가능한 상태로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 앱이 항상 중단 없이 작동하거나 모든 기기에서 오류가 없거나 저장 데이터가 절대 손실되지 않음을 보장하지 않습니다. 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실, 소비자에게 배제할 수 없는 법적 권리를 제외하고 간접·부수·특별 손해에 대한 책임은 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 제한됩니다.

8. 약관 변경

기능, 정책 또는 적용 법률이 바뀌면 약관을 수정하고 시행일을 갱신할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 지원 사이트에서 안내합니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하는 경우 적용 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 변경된 약관이 적용됩니다.

9. 준거법과 문의

본 약관은 이용자에게 적용되는 강행적인 소비자 보호 규정을 침해하지 않는 범위에서 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다. 분쟁은 당사자 간 성실한 협의를 우선하며, 해결되지 않는 경우 대한민국의 적용 가능한 관할 규정에 따릅니다.

These Terms apply to Chromawatt provided by Starflow (스타플로우, the “Operator”). By installing or using the app, you acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires a different form of consent or grants non-waivable rights, that law controls.

1. License

The Operator grants a revocable, non-transferable, limited license for personal, non-commercial gameplay. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, users may not:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or any part of it without permission
  • Reverse engineer the app or bypass or alter security, storage, advertising, or reward-settlement functions
  • Manipulate game progress or advertising rewards through automation, modified clients, or abnormal methods
  • Interfere with normal use by the app, stores, advertising providers, or other users

2. Gameplay and saved data

Progress is stored on the device. Chromawatt currently provides no Operator-backend account or Operator cloud save. The app maintains current and previous local checkpoints, but they are recovery measures within the same app storage.

Users may copy a manual backup code in Settings or export it as a text file, then merge an explicitly selected backup with current records on another device. A backup code is encoded, not encrypted. Data may be lost after device failure, deletion of app data, or an operating-system reset if a backup was not stored separately. Operating-system or device backup behavior is governed by each platform's policies.

3. Advertising and game rewards

The app may display interstitial ads and user-initiated rewarded ads. Availability and content may vary based on region, device settings, advertising availability, and privacy choices.

  • A reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms that it was earned.
  • No reward may be granted if an ad fails to load, is interrupted, or cannot be confirmed.
  • Advertising rewards such as restoration energy are in-app gameplay benefits only. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Chromawatt currently offers no in-app purchases or paid subscriptions.

4. Intellectual property

The app, the particular expression of its game rules, code, graphics, music, trademarks, documentation, and related content are owned by the Operator or their lawful owners. These Terms grant only a license and do not transfer ownership. Third-party open-source software and services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

5. External services and connectivity

Most core campaign gameplay is available offline, but advertising, consent management, legal pages, and external links require an internet connection. Google Mobile Ads, Google UMP, app stores, and operating-system features operate under their providers' terms and policies and may experience changes or interruptions outside the Operator's control.

6. Changes and termination

The Operator may change features, content, difficulty, advertising policies, or support for reliability, security, compliance with law or store policies, and product improvement. Material changes will be announced in the app or on the public support site where practical. The Operator will seek not to unreasonably restrict core offline gameplay.

7. Warranty and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free use on every device, or that saved data can never be lost. Liability for indirect, incidental, or special damages is limited to the extent permitted by law, except for intentional or grossly negligent conduct and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms and their effective date may be updated when features, policies, or applicable law change. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this support site. Continued use after a change is governed by the updated Terms to the extent allowed by applicable law.

9. Governing rules and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to a user. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved matters are subject to the applicable jurisdiction rules of the Republic of Korea.
