스타플로우(이하 “운영자”)는 Chromawatt 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 이 방침은 Chromawatt 앱에서 처리되는 정보와 이용자의 선택 방법을 설명합니다. 개인정보 문의는 starflow0428@gmail.com으로 보내주세요.
1. 앱이 기기에 저장하는 정보
앱은 핵심 게임 기능과 복구를 위해 다음 정보를 기기의 앱 저장공간에 보관합니다.
- 스테이지 진행, 별점, 플레이 통계, 튜토리얼 확인 여부와 진행 중 회로
- 사운드, 햅틱, 접근성, 언어, 선택한 전선 외형 등 설정
- 광고 노출 간격을 위한 완료 플레이 수와 보상 지급·정산 상태
- 최신·직전 로컬 체크포인트와 마지막 수동 백업 시각·당시 클리어 수
Chromawatt는 현재 앱 계정, 로그인, Firebase Authentication·Database·Firestore·Storage, 운영자 백엔드 또는 클라우드 진행 저장을 제공하지 않습니다. 로컬 저장·백업 payload·정확한 회로 배치·설정 전체는 Firebase 또는 운영자 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다. 다만 프로덕션 분석 이벤트에는 스테이지 ID·완료 결과·별점과 같은 제한된 진행 값이 포함될 수 있으며, 분석·오류 정보는 아래 제3절에 설명된 범위에서 Google Firebase로 전송될 수 있습니다.
2. 수동 백업과 진단 기록
사용자는 설정에서 캠페인 진행, 복구 보상, 설정과 외형을 담은 백업 코드를 복사하거나 운영체제 공유 창을 통해 텍스트 파일로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 다른 기기에서는 사용자가 직접 선택한 파일 또는 붙여 넣은 코드만 병합합니다. 앱은 백업을 자동 전송하거나 사용자가 선택하지 않은 파일을 읽지 않습니다.
앱 안정성 확인을 위해 최근 오류의 유형, 메시지, 스택과 제한된 진단 문맥을 최대 20개까지 기기에 순환 보관할 수 있습니다. 이 기기 내 진단 사본은 자동 전송되지 않습니다. 사용자가 설정에서 진단 리포트를 직접 복사해 문의에 첨부하는 경우에만 운영자에게 전달되며, 설정에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.
3. Firebase Analytics와 Crashlytics
프로덕션 앱은 Google Firebase Analytics와 Firebase Crashlytics를 사용합니다. Analytics는 앱 실행, 스테이지 시작·재시작·포기·완료, 힌트 사용과 광고 결과 같은 게임 이벤트와 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 기기·앱 정보 및 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적 위치 등을 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다. Crashlytics는 충돌과 기록된 비치명적 오류, 오류 메시지·스택 추적 및 기기·앱 메타데이터를 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다. development와 staging 빌드에서는 두 서비스의 원격 수집을 비활성화합니다.
Firebase는 분석과 앱 안정성 확인에만 사용합니다. 분석 이벤트에는 스테이지 ID·완료 결과·별점과 같은 제한된 진행 값이 포함될 수 있습니다. 앱은 Firebase 계정·인증, Database, Firestore, Storage 또는 클라우드 진행 저장을 사용하지 않으며 로컬 저장·백업 payload·정확한 회로 배치·설정 전체를 Firebase 저장소에 업로드하지 않습니다.
4. 광고와 동의 관리
앱은 무료 운영을 위해 Google Mobile Ads와 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. 광고 제공, 측정, 분석과 부정 사용 방지를 위해 Google 광고 SDK가 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 Google과 공유할 수 있습니다.
- IP 주소로 추정한 대략적 위치
- 앱 실행, 탭, 광고 노출·클릭·동영상 조회 등 앱 및 광고 상호작용
- 앱·SDK 성능, 충돌 및 진단 정보
- 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID 등 기기 또는 계정 식별자
전송 중 정보는 암호화됩니다. 법률상 필요한 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 동의 화면이 표시될 수 있으며, UMP가 개인정보 옵션을 요구하는 경우 앱 설정의 개인정보 선택에서 선택을 다시 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 구성된 지역에서 UMP Consent Mode는 광고 저장·개인화·사용자 데이터와 분석 저장(analytics_storage) 동의 신호를 Google 서비스에 전달합니다. iOS에서는 문맥 기반 비개인 맞춤 광고만 사용하며 ATT 권한을 요청하거나 IDFA를 수집하지 않습니다. 자세한 방법은 광고 개인정보 선택 안내를 확인하세요.
Google의 처리 방식은 Google 파트너 앱 사용 시 데이터 처리 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
5. 지원 문의
이메일로 지원 또는 개인정보 문의를 보내면 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 사용자가 직접 첨부한 자료가 운영자에게 전달됩니다. 운영자는 문제 해결, 권리 요청 처리, 보안 및 분쟁 대응에 필요한 기간 동안만 해당 정보를 보관하고, 법적 의무나 분쟁 대응이 필요하지 않으면 처리 완료 후 30일 이내 삭제합니다. 문제 해결에 필요하지 않은 비밀번호, 결제정보, 백업 코드 또는 민감정보를 보내지 마세요.
6. 보관과 삭제
- 기기 데이터: Android의 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 iOS의 앱 삭제로 현재 기기의 앱 컨테이너에 있는 진행과 설정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 운영체제 또는 기기 백업이 활성화된 경우 플랫폼 정책에 따라 별도 백업에서 일부 데이터가 복원될 수 있습니다.
- 기기 내 진단 사본: 최근 오류를 최대 20개까지 순환 보관하며 앱 설정에서 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 수동 백업: 사용자가 복사·내보낸 코드와 파일은 클립보드, 파일 저장 위치 또는 공유한 앱에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
- 지원 문의: 법적 의무나 분쟁 대응이 필요하지 않으면 처리 완료 후 30일 이내 삭제합니다.
- Firebase·광고 데이터: Google의 서비스 설정, 적용 법률과 Google 데이터 보관 안내에 따라 보관·삭제됩니다.
- 계정: 현재 생성되는 앱 계정이 없으므로 삭제할 앱 계정 또는 운영자 보유 클라우드 진행 데이터가 없습니다.
구체적인 삭제 방법은 지원 및 데이터 삭제 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
7. 이용자의 선택과 권리
- 앱 설정에서 이용 가능한 광고 개인정보 선택을 다시 열 수 있습니다.
- Android 또는 iOS 설정에서 광고 식별자와 추적 관련 설정을 관리할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 현재 기기의 로컬 진행과 설정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 적용 법률이 인정하는 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한 또는 이의 제기를 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
Chromawatt의 최소 이용 연령은 만 14세이며 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하도록 설계되지 않았습니다. 이용자의 지역에서 더 높은 최소 연령 또는 법정대리인 동의가 요구되는 경우 해당 기준과 보호자의 안내를 따라야 합니다. 아동의 정보가 적절한 동의 없이 전달된 사실을 알게 되면 운영자에게 알려주세요.
9. 국외 처리와 보호
Google은 이용자의 국가 밖에서 Firebase 분석·오류 진단 및 광고 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있으며 자체 정책과 계약에 따른 보호조치를 적용합니다. 운영자는 직접 관리하는 문의 정보에 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다.
10. 방침 변경 및 문의
기능, SDK 또는 법적 의무가 바뀌면 이 방침과 스토어 데이터 공개를 함께 갱신하고 시행일을 변경합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 지원 사이트에서 안내합니다.

Starflow (스타플로우, the “Operator”) respects the privacy of Chromawatt users. This policy explains information processed through the Chromawatt app and the choices available to users. Privacy questions may be sent to starflow0428@gmail.com.
1. Information stored on the device
For core gameplay and recovery, the app stores the following information in its on-device app storage:
- Stage progress, stars, play statistics, tutorial status, and the active circuit
- Sound, haptics, accessibility, language, selected wire appearance, and other settings
- Completed-play counts for ad spacing and reward settlement status
- Current and previous local checkpoints and details of the most recent manual backup
Chromawatt currently provides no app account, login, Firebase Authentication, Database, Firestore, Storage, Operator backend, or cloud progress storage. Local save and backup payloads, exact circuit layouts, and complete settings are not uploaded to Firebase or an Operator server. Limited progress-related values such as a stage ID, completion result, or stars may be included in production analytics events, and analytics and error information may be sent to Google Firebase as described in Section 3 below.
2. Manual backups and diagnostic records
In Settings, users can copy a backup code containing campaign progress, restoration rewards, settings, and appearance, or export it as a text file through the operating-system share sheet. On another device, the app merges only a file explicitly selected by the user or a code the user pastes. The app does not automatically transmit backups or read files the user did not select.
For app stability, up to 20 recent error types, messages, stack traces, and limited diagnostic context may be rotated on the device. This on-device diagnostic copy is not transmitted automatically. It reaches the Operator only if the user explicitly copies a diagnostic report and includes it in a support request, and it can be deleted at any time in Settings.
3. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
The production app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Analytics may send to Google game events such as app launches, stage starts, restarts, abandons and completions, hint use and ad results, together with an app-instance identifier, device and app information, and approximate location inferred from an IP address. Crashlytics may send to Google crashes and recorded non-fatal errors, error messages, stack traces, and device and app metadata. Remote collection for both services is disabled in development and staging builds.
Firebase is used only for analytics and app stability. Analytics events may include limited progress-related values such as a stage ID, completion result, or stars. The app does not use Firebase accounts or Authentication, Database, Firestore, Storage, or cloud progress storage, and it does not upload local save or backup payloads, exact circuit layouts, or complete settings to Firebase storage.
4. Advertising and consent
The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to support free operation. For advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention, Google's advertising SDK may automatically collect or share with Google:
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address
- App and ad interactions such as launches, taps, impressions, clicks, and video views
- App and SDK performance, crash, and diagnostic information
- Device or account identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID
Data is encrypted in transit. Where legally required, a consent message may be shown before ads are requested. When UMP determines that privacy options are required, users can review or change applicable choices under Privacy Choices in app Settings. In configured regions, UMP Consent Mode supplies Google services with consent signals for advertising storage, personalization, user data, and analytics storage. On iOS, the app uses contextual, non-personalized advertising only and does not request ATT permission or collect the IDFA. See the Advertising Privacy Choices guide.

5. Support communications
If a user emails support or submits a privacy request, the Operator receives the email address, message, and any material the user explicitly attaches. The Operator retains it only as needed to resolve the issue, handle rights requests, maintain security, or address a dispute, and deletes it within 30 days after resolution unless legal obligations or dispute handling require longer retention. Do not send passwords, payment information, backup codes, or sensitive information that is not needed to resolve the issue.
6. Retention and deletion
- On-device data: Clearing app data on Android or deleting the app on iOS removes progress and settings from the app container on that device. If operating-system or device backup is enabled, some data may separately be restored under the platform's policies.
- On-device diagnostic copy: No more than 20 recent error entries are rotated and they can be deleted immediately in app Settings.
- Manual backups: Codes and files copied or exported by the user must be deleted by the user from the clipboard, file location, or app to which they were shared.
- Support communications: They are deleted within 30 days after resolution unless legal obligations or dispute handling require longer retention.
- Firebase and advertising data: Google handles retention and deletion under its service settings, applicable law, and data retention practices.
- Accounts: The app currently creates no account, so there is no app account or Operator-hosted cloud progress to delete.

7. Choices and rights
- Reopen available advertising privacy choices from app Settings.
- Manage advertising identifiers and tracking-related settings in Android or iOS settings.
- Clear app data or delete the app to remove local progress and settings from the current device.
- Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable by email.
8. Children's privacy
The minimum age for Chromawatt is 14, and the app is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. Where a higher minimum age or parental consent is required in a user's region, that requirement and parental guidance apply. Please contact the Operator if you believe a child's information was provided without appropriate consent.
9. International processing and security
Google may process Firebase analytics, error diagnostics, and advertising-related information outside a user's country and applies safeguards under its policies and agreements. The Operator applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to support communications under its direct control.
10. Changes and contact
When features, SDKs, or legal duties change, this policy and the store disclosures will be updated together and the effective date changed. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this support site.
